Each bag is handmade and may be customized.

We ship using reliable carriers (e.g., Deutsche Post, DHL, or others depending on location).

You may return non-customized items within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
To initiate a return, simply contact us by email at [your email address], including your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Please note:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Products that have been custom-made — for example, if you selected a specific color or requested a modification — are excluded from return, as stated in § 312g (2) BGB (German Civil Code).
If your bag arrives damaged or breaks during normal use, we’re happy to offer a free repair.
Simply get in touch with us and we’ll guide you through the process.
We currently do not offer product exchanges (e.g., swapping one design for another). If you want a different bag, please place a new order.
I´m Sophia and I create unique bags made from recycled tents. Each bag is sewn by hand and sold online.
Simply select your desired bag, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
There are individualised bags (choose your color) or premade bags.
You’ll enter your shipping details and choose your payment method. Once you click “Buy Now” and your payment is confirmed, your order is processed.
We accept PayPal and bank transfer.
We ship within Germany and to European countries.
As I´m sewing by hand its pending what product you buy.
Premade bags be delivered quicker then the individualized ones.
Delivery usually takes between one week and 1,5 month. Also depending on your location.
Bags without individual customization can be returned within 14 days.
Custom-made bags (e.g., with individually selected colors) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If your Tentup bag is broken, we offer a repair service to fix it.
